Joe Baumgartner
Director of Operations
Joe has the challenging task of managing the day to day rapid tooling and injection molding divisions of Catalyst. His extensive knowledge of rapid tooling, mold design, injection molding and operations has nurtured his philosophy of getting products to market quickly, meeting stringent deadlines and cost restraints. Before joining Catalyst in 1999, Joe spent more than 10 years in the injection molding industry and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. |
