Catalyst

The Safe Embrace infant carrier combines the structure of molded EVA and its flexible nature to provide a carrier that is both robust and comfortable.  This unique blend of materials provides a more supportive frame for the baby and offers the parent an increased sense of security. 

Through end-user interviews, Catalyst worked to define the scope by analyzing feedback based on competitive products and designing the carrier to address parent’s wants and desires.  Catalyst explored various materials and construction techniques from completely unrelated industries while designing the carrier.  The Catalyst team collaborated with the production vendor to build multiple samples to hone in on the final construction and features of the product.
